Activity: Knee mobility: heel-slides



A basic knee mobility exercise, often used inthe very early or acute stage of injury.


  • Laying on the floor, both knees bent, feet flat
  • slowly slide the heel of one foot out while straightening the leg
  • bring the heel back up to the starting position
  • repeat as instructed
