Activity: Hamstring curls on ball



Closed chain exercise for hamstring stability and control.


  • laying on back, one foot on ball; press heel into ball and pull in towards your buttocks without arching low back
  • progression: both feet on ball; come up to a bridge; pull heels in towards buttocks, and slowly release but stay up in a bridge
  • progression: same as before but one leg
