Activity: Crook-lying rocking



A basic exercise for lumbar spine and pelvic mobility


  • start laying on the ground, face-up with knees bent
  • keeping the knees together, gently let the knees fall to one side, lifting the pelvis and low back slightly off the ground, then repeat the same movement to the other side
  • continue moving from one side to the other, working only within the comfortable range
  • repeat as instructed
