Activity: Thoraco-lumbar rotation stretch

Summary:

Rotatory stretch for the low back

Description:

  • Lay on your back, knees bent, feet flat
  • Lift up pelvis and move it to one side
  • Drop knees to the opposite side (can adjust degree of hip flexion or straighten bottom leg)
  • Repeat other side
